Honestly, for the money I paid this place is phenomenal! You don’t expect such value at such a prime location. Sea front no less. 2 nights for under £100! I treated myself to a bigger room, as it was still well within my budget. I don’t know if I needed to have, the size of the room was amazing as was the bathroom. Very clean, very comfortable, everything I could need. I mean, it’s not 4 star hotel, but as I say the value for money ESPECIALLY considering the location just blows my mind over and over again. You can’t find anything for this price anywhere, leave alone for this location and so well kept.

Very good location, nice view from the rooms facing the sea. The quality of the room in relation to the price was appropriate. There was no damp and there were described extras to the rooms. It was also quiet, although we were before the season. I think it is worth recommending the Oban hotel for rent to other guests who are looking for something in a lower price range, but other aspects of the hotel are very good such as the view, location. Everything is quite close - especially to start the expedition to the cliffs. The sea is almost in front of the hotel, only a road separates it... Best regards

We checked in for one night last night, the price was very reasonable, we had a single and double with sea views. There was tea and coffee in the rooms , and a wonderful view as the sun rose. The staff where polite the bedding was clean and fresh on with a shower gel soap and shampoo each. Comfortable stay. We would stay again. The hotel is not a luxury establishment but it's clean and comfortable for the price so we are happy to stay again. We stayed in rooms 19 and 21 and where happy with them.

The property is in a great location on the beachfront and a less than 10 minute walk to the pier and town centre. The member of staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Overall, good value for money. There is a NCP car park which is a five minute walk from the hotel which offers cheap parking for long periods of time since the Hotel does not offer parking.

Superb location, beautiful rooms, welcoming reception and the receptionist Zaid was very kind and helpful. The sea view was stunning. Close by the delightful Bistro Pierre, next to the Wish Tower, serves from breakfast to dinner. Opposite is a Beach Shack serving tea, coffee, cake and delicious ice-cream. Around the corner is a charming little street with shops, bistros and atmosphere. It's a short walk to Holywell along the promenade and then up on to the South Downs.
