The property is in a great location on the beachfront and a less than 10 minute walk to the pier and town centre. The member of staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Overall, good value for money. There is a NCP car park which is a five minute walk from the hotel which offers cheap parking for long periods of time since the Hotel does not offer parking.

Superb location, beautiful rooms, welcoming reception and the receptionist Zaid was very kind and helpful. The sea view was stunning. Close by the delightful Bistro Pierre, next to the Wish Tower, serves from breakfast to dinner. Opposite is a Beach Shack serving tea, coffee, cake and delicious ice-cream. Around the corner is a charming little street with shops, bistros and atmosphere. It's a short walk to Holywell along the promenade and then up on to the South Downs.

As a solo traveller it can be hard to find cheap hotels that cater for someone by themselves. I was happy to have a small room with a single bed as that is all I needed. Bonus was that this room had a beautiful view of the beach! The shower was good and whilst the bathroom was small it was fine for what I needed. The room still had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel with a kettle and small tv and desk space too. Location was perfect on the beach and close to some nice local fish and chip restaurants and only a 15 min walk or so to the main station

I would just like to say that this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, the rooms were perfect the location was brilliant, as for the staff especially the hotel receptionist was a breath of fresh air, very welcoming zab I think is his name, a real gentleman and very friendly and helpful and always smiling,, thank you so much for all you helped me with,, 10,10,, great place, cant wait to go back again, thank you for your hospitality,,

Great view of the beautiful ocean. Beautiful large colonnade of Palm trees on the prom outside. This is an even better looking species than the Trachycarpus trees that Agent Starling has grown and distributed over 4500 of. Someone should check on their CO2 sequestration quality and if good, find out how to grow them from seed and start harvesting their seeds. CO2 sequestration will probably be good as they have large evergreen broadleaf leaves.

I liked the location, the gentleman who greeted me on arrival-he was very kind and helpful-, I actually liked the room (2) I stayed in. Bed was vey comfortable and the room had everything I needed Previously I read the reviews focusing on the bad ones, but there wasn’t any bedbug in my bed, I didn’t have any problems with the windows and the room wasn’t dated or anything. TV and wifi worked properly too

Fantastic location for the air show and the beach, right by the Wishtower. Was exactly as expected - no frills but comfortable. Everything provided to make tea/coffee. New bathroom, great bed. Lounge. No disturbance from other guests. Note check-in is strictly between the hours advertised and there is no luggage storage available.

Large comfortable room and bed, great location near shops and restaurants as well as the seafront, excellent value for money. Nice large TV which I could easily plug my Apple TV into. I’ve stayed here before last year and it’s nicer than I remember.

Location was fantastic, one of our rooms had a sea view which was great for looking out whilst having a cup of tea in the mornings, and catching some of the air show if we went back for any reason, rooms were sufficient, beds were comfy and it was quiet at night which meant we got some much needed rest and sleep, staff were friendly.
